When you hit 5, the monthly plan starts that day: $119 a month, or $199 with missed-call text-back and review requests. The build price for your package ($599, $899, or $1,299) is due then too. It's written into your agreement before the trial starts, so there are no surprises.
If we miss by day 30, your website is free: no build price. Stay on the monthly plan and the site keeps running. Or walk away: you owe nothing, and you keep every request and conversation it collected.
